Kings Game

As if my life couldn't get enough hockey, I got tickets to a Kings game!

And to make it better, it was against the NHL team associated with the minor league team I work for, The Oilers.

To add to the excitement, the goalie for Oilers use to play for Bakersfield, so lots of my fellow bakersfieldians were at the game. But things didn't go so well for the oilers.... 

The final score was 8-2. It was a very exciting game and I loved all the pageantry that came with a professional team. Though it was hard not watching from the zambonie tunnel....

Still, it was exciting so many big names in hockey live on the ice. Next on my to do list will be a ducks game, but that will have to wait until next season...
